E-mail integration, Document Management and Instant Messaging for Compliance InContact Version 2.0 provides firms with a high level of enterprise compliance management by automatically archiving all e-mail communications utilizing Microsoft Outlook along with the client's profile, enabling compliance officers to monitor all e-mail to and from clients with a one-click review. In addition, InContact offers flexible document management tools that archive all client documents (contracts, letters, etc.) with the client's profile. Moreover, any documentation that is run through InContact's mail merge feature automatically archived. In addition, InContact provides i-Message, an internal instant messaging application for all end users of the product. Instant messages are archived automatically and reside securely behind the firm's own firewall.

Automation of New Account Opening and Integrated Portfolio Data Users of InContact, who also utilize INDATA's other I.M.S. for Windows products for portfolio management and trade order management, can now automate the creation and setup of new client portfolios directly from InContact, creating a high level of efficiency for the opening of new accounts. This means the creation and setup of all portfolio information, including account master, compliance, etc. based on user permissions.

Once the portfolios have been set up, they are automatically available throughout the I.M.S. application with an instant message sent to end users throughout the organization notifying them that the new accounts have been added. In addition, client portfolio information including holdings, transactions, client statements, etc. are automatically saved and viewable within the client's profile within InContact.

Additional Customization and Remote Client Access Features Based on the Microsoft ASP.NET platform, Version 2.0 of InContact offers web-based access to all end users across the entire organization both internally and externally. With the new version, firms can incorporate their corporate identity into the application including company logo, colors, etc. In addition, each screen is customizable based on company and/or user preferences. INDATA clients can also link InContact to their own company web sites offering clients access to portfolio information including holdings, transactions and client statements.
