Jware adds Gérard Compain to board of directors

JWARE Technologies, a French software vendor specialised in front-end software for card payments and secure transaction processing, today announced the appointment of Gérard Compain, Chairman of Cadege Technologies, to its board of directors.

Mr. Compain, a veteran of the Secured Transaction Industry, has a global background in card payments. He has spent the last 17 years at the executive level with both Ingenico and Bull Payment Systems Division; he brings exceptional strategic & operational experience and international network of knowledge and relationship to JWARE Technologies.

"We are honored that Gérard Compain has agreed to join our Board in order to strengthen the development of JWARE Technologies' both here in France and abroad," said Jean-Michel Mamann, Founder and CEO of JWARE Technologies.
