Bisys Fund Services adds Quinn and Rezabek to senior executive team

BISYS Fund Services today announced the appointment of two key executive-level hires, adding leadership and bench strength to the firm's global outsourcing services operations. Mr. Peter Quinn has been named senior vice president and chief information officer (CIO), and Mr. Joseph L. Rezabek, has been appointed senior vice president, responsible for fund administration and fund accounting.

Both gentlemen are working from the firm's Columbus, Ohio facility and report to Mr. Dana Donahue, executive vice president of operations.

According to Mr. Donahue, "Peter is instrumental in distinguishing BISYS as the premier mutual fund data delivery provider. Joe, with his extensive global servicing experience, is uniquely qualified to lead our fund administration and fund accounting teams. We feel very fortunate to have both of these high-caliber professionals involved in raising the bar here at BISYS."

Mr. Quinn joins BISYS following his recent position as CIO of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. He was responsible for directly managing the Commonwealth's $300 million IT bond fund (capital) and $70 million agency operating budget and monitoring the $800 million annual Commonwealth expenditure on information technology. Mr. Quinn was formerly the CIO of Boston Financial Data Services and the senior vice president at the Bank of Ireland First Holdings, Inc. of New Hampshire.
