Aruba Bank selects Vasco authentication technology

VASCO Data Security International, Inc.(NASDAQ:VDSI), the global number one vendor of strong user authentication and e-signature products, today announced that leading Aruba bank will use VASCO's Digipass 260 to secure its retail and corporate e-banking application ABO (Aruba Bank Online).

The implementation of Digipass and VACMAN Controller into Aruba Bank's infrastructure has been smoothly executed by Fox-IT, a company specialized in IT Security and VASCO's trusted partner.

Digipass 260, or ABOpass as the product is baptized by Aruba Bank, will be used by the bank's retail customers for secure access to their bank accounts and for safe internal and external transactions. Digipass 260 is a very portable, PIN protected device offering One-Time Password and e-signature functionalities.
