The Directors of Cardpoint announce the resignation of Mr Michael Hepher as Non-executive Chairman of Cardpoint with immediate effect.
The Board wish to thank Michael for his contribution during the course of the last 12 months and wish him well for the future.
Peter Smyth, Senior Non-executive Director will assume the role of Interim Chairman with immediate effect.
