Steve's experience of the markets in which Patsystems operates, gained in an 18 year career at UBS initially in a trading role, and most recently as Global Head of UBS Futures and Options business will be a considerable benefit to the Patsystems business. Steve is also a non-executive director at Euronext LIFFE.
John is currently Chief Executive of Fitzmaine Limited and concluded a 12 year career with British Telecommunications plc in 2003 having been Director of business development for Syntegra.
Due to increasing time commitments following his promotion to Head of Consulting, EMEA at Tata Consultancy Services, Arun Aggarwal will stand down from the Patsystems Board on 31st December 2006. The Board would like to thank Arun for his valuable contribution over the past 18 months and wish him every success in his ongoing career.
After many years on the Board of Patsystems and its predecessor listed company Stewart Douglas-Mann has decided not to seek re-election to the Board and will therefore retire at the next Annual General Meeting, likely to be held in April 2007.
The Board wishes to thank Stewart for the exceptional contribution of time and input he has made to Patsystems' entire life to date as a publicly traded company.
