Mr Jessop has an extensive background in the market data industry, having served as a senior executive with Reuters, Telerate and Bridge. He also has considerable experience as a management consultant.

Mr Jessop, who was previously a non-executive director, will continue to serve on the board as an executive director. He is also a substantial shareholder in the company.

The company is also pleased to announce that Andy Adnitt has been promoted to Chief Technology Officer, replacing Brian Cappell who has left the company. Mr Adnitt, who has been with the company for 3 years, was previously at Datastream, Primark and Thomson Financial and has considerable knowledge in research data and analytic products, real-time and market data integration, and a solid understanding of today's trading environments.
