ING today announced the launch of its new print-on-demand services and extranet site, dubbed ING Life PromoCenter. The company aims to make it easier for its producers to market ING life companies' products with expanded personalization of materials, free production and mailing*, and enhanced web-site functionality.
"We know that the personalization of promotional materials significantly increases the effectiveness of producer marketing efforts," said Jim Gelder, president of ING Life Distribution. "With the ING Life PromoCenter, we're offering more personalization and more choices. It is just one of a number of initiatives we're implementing to make it easier for producers to market and sell products."
Print-on-demand offers individual producers the ability to personalize marketing material with their name and other critical information. ING offers personalization for a wide selection of product and advanced marketing flyers, brochures and mailers. The enhancements to ING's print-on-demand service include:
- The ability to upload professional photos and logos.
- The ability to upload mailing lists with integrated printing and mailing fulfilment.
- The ability to include individual business reply mail permit information.
- Free printing and postage.
Additionally, the ING Life PromoCenter features improved shopping cart and payment functions, account management capabilities including order status and history, and enhanced graphics and navigation.
"We believe that co-branding will be popular," said Gelder. "With the ability to co-brand high-quality marketing materials, combined with personal graphics and information, producers can leverage the strong ING brand while making it easier for their prospective customers to respond."
