Barclays Wealth Management names Arnaud de Servigny, MD, head of quantitative analytics

Barclays Wealth Management is pleased to announce the appointment of Arnaud de Servigny as Managing Director, Head of Quantitative Analytics.

Dr. de Servigny will report to Kevin Lecocq, Chief Investment Officer for Barclays Wealth Management. He will commence his role in September 2006.

In his new role Dr. de Servigny will expand Barclays Wealth Management's quantitative capability in the areas of client profiling, risk management and optimisation. Additionally, he and his team will provide quantitative support to the asset allocation and fundamental research processes.

During his five years at Standard and Poor's, Dr. de Servigny held a number of senior positions, most recently as a Managing Director and Head of Quantitative Analytics. He holds a PhD in Financial Economics from the Sorbonne and has lectured in Finance at ESCP Business School, Paris, and acted more recently as a Visiting Professor of Quantitative Finance at Imperial College, London.
