The Board of FPS is pleased to announce the appointment of Richard Last (aged 49) as a Non Executive Director with immediate effect.
Pursuant to the Company's Admission to AIM in June 2006 Richard will also be appointed to, and will chair, the Audit Committee.
Further Richard owns 83,334 ordinary shares, representing 0.09 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital subscribed for at the time of the Company's IPO.
