In response to heightened fund regulatory and compliance mandates, technological advancements, and evolving client needs, BISYS has recently introduced a number of new product offerings and enhanced services. In his new role, Mr. Yelicanin will support that momentum and help BISYS continue to augment its core mutual fund outsourcing services.

"Paul is a welcome addition to our global product development team. With his proven track record of introducing and implementing a number of key product innovations throughout his extensive industry experience, Paul is uniquely qualified to lead our domestic and international product initiatives," said Mr. James Nolan, executive vice president of BISYS Fund Services to whom Mr. Yelicanin will report.

With over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, Mr. Yelicanin joined BISYS following his nine-year association with PFPC. During that tenure, Mr. Yelicanin served as vice president and managing director of Investor Services, responsible for global project management and business analysis, client desktop, internet and voice response technologies. Prior to joining PFPC, he was director of development and business analysis at Delaware Investments. Mr. Yelicanin also served in the U.S. Marine Corps before embarking on his financial services career.

"BISYS is at the forefront of product innovations," remarked Mr. Yelicanin. "They take great measures to leverage client input through regular client advisory council meetings as well as through in-depth analysis of market research. It's great to be part of a forward-thinking organization that puts service excellence first and foremost."
