SwapsWire expands global team

SwapsWire announced today that it has globally increased its staff in its customer service and account management teams.

The additional people will support SwapsWire's rapidly growing client base, helping new clients to start using the service and existing clients to maximize the benefits of trade date confirmation.

In New York, Trina Brown has joined as Account Manager. In this role, Trina will work with SwapsWire's broker-dealer clients in order to help with buy-side client on-boarding and to provide training. Trina will help the banks improve their relationships with their clients through the efficient use of SwapsWire. Before joining SwapsWire, Trina worked on the trading desk at Archipelago for three years, where she built and enhanced client relationships.

In London, Stephen Kiely has joined SwapsWire as an Account Manager and is responsible for relationships with existing broker-dealer clients in Europe. Before joining SwapsWire, Steve was Head of Fixed Income Operations at HVB London.

Vikash Patel has joined the Implementation team in London and works with clients so that they can integrate their internal systems with SwapsWire to provide seamless STP. Vikash was previously a software consultant for Subex Azure where he worked with telecommunication companies across Scandinavia.

Robert Martin has joined SwapsWire in London as a Support Analyst for the Account Management team. In this role, Robert assists the account managers with all aspects of their work. Robert had previously worked at Citigroup in their back-office project management team.

Globally SwapsWire has expanded its Customer Service Group. Nayiri Sarkissian has joined the team in New York. The London group has hired Simon Rayfield and Michael Ogbonnaya. In Tokyo, Shigeru Hoshina has joined to help support clients in the Asia-Pacific region.
