Getronics, a leading global Information and Communications Technology firm, announced that Paul D. Jameson has been appointed vice president of marketing for Getronics North America.

Jameson is a veteran information technology professional with broad experience covering the software, services and consulting industries. Before coming to Getronics he was president and CEO of e-Bank, a leader in multi-channel web services solutions.

"I am very excited about this opportunity to help Getronics elevate its profile and increase market share in the key vertical markets we serve, " said Jameson, who directed the design and launch of Getronics 3D(tm) for financial services, announced at the Bank Administration Institute's Retail Delivery 2003 conference.

"Getronics has a very impressive, loyal roster of prestigious clients, both domestic and international. Clients' needs are not one-dimensional, and Getronics is uniquely positioned to deliver all of the dimensions of service, software and technology with a local touch and global reach," continued Jameson.

"We are very pleased that Paul has accepted the offer to lead our solution development and overall marketing initiatives," said Kevin T. Roche, general manager of Getronics North America. "His track record, which includes product launches, planning and executing strategies for revenue growth, consultative sales, and team leadership, fits well with our plans for bringing improved solutions and higher value to present and future customers."

Prior to his tenure at e-Bank, Jameson was vice president, North American Banking, for Cap Gemini Ernst and Young. He also served as president of Fiserv InformEnt, a provider of data warehousing and CRM software and services, and held several executive positions at Mellon Information Services.
