This strategic move comes as WTW continues to advance the scope and scale of Neuron’s next-generation capabilities to improve the speed and cost of doing business through digitisation in today’s fragmented market.

In the newly created role, Kaur will focus on creating a strong and agile organisation that continually adapts to meet the needs of the dynamic Commercial Lines insurance market. This will ensure that all operations and strategies align with regulatory standards and best practice. Building robust foundations to enable scalable and sustainable growth, Parveen will focus on innovation, efficiency and a commitment to excellence, ensuring that Neuron delivers truly impactful digital and data solutions to clients across the globe.

Kaur most recently served as Chief Customer Officer for Leeds Building Society. In that role, she was responsible for customer experience across distribution and product. Prior to this, Kaur was Head of Operations at Lloyd’s of London, partnering with the Future at Lloyd’s team to deliver the world’s most advanced digital insurance marketplace.

Before joining Lloyd’s, Parveen was the Managing Director for NatWest / RBS Personal Banking in India and a key member of the executive team during the bank’s turnaround to profit. Parveen also led work in India to design and implement the initial stages of Artificial Intelligence within the organisation’s servicing and operations teams.

“Parveen’s extensive leadership experience and tremendous track record in digital and data transformation make her the perfect fit for Neuron,” said Louise Smith, Global Lead, Neuron, WTW. “This appointment is a testament to our commitment to attract top-tier talent to spearhead our ambitious plans for Neuron. Parveen’s vast knowledge and expertise will be instrumental as we continue to expand and enhance the Neuron platform, ensuring that our capability remains at the cutting-edge of market practice, with security and stability at the heart of everything we do.”

Parveen Kaur said: “I am thrilled to join Neuron at such a pivotal time. The insurance industry is ripe for innovation and WTW is at the forefront of this transformation. Joining Neuron’s top-performing team to help further develop game-changing digital capabilities that are transforming how brokers and underwriters connect and trade is incredibly exciting. I look forward to stepping up to the challenge of helping Neuron deliver its full market potential.”
