Before the production process begins, Personix inspects the individual components of customer orders: core plastic (PVC), ink, magnetic stripe material, signature panel and holograms - each following rigid certification standards established by Visa and MasterCard. Cards are produced using HP Indigo technology - a state-of-the-art specialty press designed for printing on plastic. Characterized by superior registration and quality, the Indigo s2000 applies lamination over the printing to increase durability - a particularly important benefit for cards that are read or swiped repeatedly.

Cards can be ordered in any quantity of 1,000 or more and produced in approximately four weeks from proof approval.
