Laverty joins Xenos as part of its increasing marketing activity within Europe and brings five years' experience in B2B financial marketing and events management.

Based in the Walton-on-Thames office in Surrey, Laverty will be working closely with Xenos' North American marketing team and will be spearheading the European campaign to further strengthen Xenos' position in the industry. As part of the role Laverty will be responsible for initiating, implementing and developing all aspects of marketing activity.

Prior to joining Xenos, Laverty worked at financial software and services supplier The Exchange. At The Exchange she was responsible for event marketing and event management including two annual roadshows, as well as involvement with all company marketing campaigns and communications activity including website development, advertising and relationship management.
