The UK's Cheltenham & Gloucester (C&G), the mortgage arm of Lloyds TSB, has installed DST International's (DSTi) workflow management software, HiBPM, at its mortgage applications centre.
C&G is running the AWD components of HiBPM on an IBM iSeries to support the processing and administration of mortgage applications from its branch network, Lloyds TSB branches and it's Teledirect operation.
Jean Paskell, C&G's project manager, says the product has eliminated many manual procedures, such as faxing: "AWD also allows us to track cases and provide information about a case instantly - it's all just at our fingertips."
