Laurentian Bank of Canada is implementing Cognos' Business Intelligence Series 7 platform to manage critical business information across departments, divisions and locations.
The bank will use the system to analyse and report on customer, marketing, finance, credit department and risk management data.
Stephane Gagnon, vice president, marketing research and information, Laurentian Bank of Canada, says the system will replace manual reporting processes and provide "access to accurate, up to date information and the powerful analytical and reporting capabilities we need to identify, analyse and manage opportunities and threats to the business."
Cognos says the system can be accessed via the Web and will provide the bank with increased customer visibility and insight into the impact and effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
