London-based Ruffer Investment Management is to deploy SunGard Investment Management Systems' ePal, an ASP-based end-to-end accounting and reporting service for private client investment managers.
Ruffer, which specialises investment management for private clients, trusts and charities, has also signed up to SunGard's Portfolio Internet Managed Service (Pims) to provide its clients with direct access to their portfolios via the Web.
SunGard says Pims and ePal can run independently or as an integrated service.
Viscount Tamworth, managing director, Ruffer Investment Management, says: "The need to have a fully integrated and reliable portfolio administration system for us is paramount."
