BOK Financial selects INEA for corporate performance management

US-based BOK Financial Corporation is implementing corporate performance management software from Canadian enterprise analytics vendor INEA.

The INEA performance management suite delivers enterprise planning, forecasting, modelling, profitability analytics and management and regulatory reporting on a single platform.

The CPM software provides a standardised and consistent reporting process, that automates report production and delivery via the Web to managers at all levels of the firm. The system replaces spreadsheet processes for monthly, quarterly and annual planning and forecasting with one integrated Web-based system.

Users can also access to a centralised repository of financial and performance measurement data and 'what-if' scenarios using INEA's modelling capabilities for planning, forecasting and budgeting.

BOK Financial says a prototype system was developed in less than three weeks, allowing users to view the firm by business line, geography and legal entity using hierarchies and business rules.

Valerie Toalson, senior vice president and corporate controller, BOK Financial, adds: "INEA's flexible modelling capabilities will enable us to quickly explore the potential impact on performance using different scenarios, such as testing rate assumptions, modelling an acquisition, or introducing a new product."
