Netherlands-based SNS Bank has selected DataDistilleries predictive, analytical technology to improve customer service across its branch, telephone and Internet banking channels.
The software will be used by the bank to try to predict individual customer requirements and allow branch and call centre staff to identify cross selling opportunites during customer contact.
DataDistilleries says the technology can also be used by marketing departments to predict customer needs and build targeted multi-channel sales campaigns.
