STP luminary Art Thomas has joined the board of US-based brokerage back office vendor Access International as vice chairman.
A former chairman of Merrill Lynch Securities Services, Thomas currently chairs the SIA T+1 steering committee and is a member of the board of directors of international depository Euroclear. He was also one of the leading advocates of the now defunct Global Straight Through Processing Association.
