Investia, a supplier of software solutions to the funds industry, has released the latest version of its Javelin technology for linking consumers and counterparties across the European funds industry.
The latest version of the Investia Javelin software includes several new features including generic order flow routing capabilities, EMX routing implementation, equities product handling, cash handling improvements, and enhanced security and performance measures.
The package also offers manual pricing and manual confirmation processes to support less automated business models, or as part of back-up procedures.
Investia Javelin technology was first introduced to the European marketplace in October of 2001 when JPMorgan Luxembourg launched a web-enabled front-end to its existing Transfer Agent system. JPMorgan currently licenses Javelin's software to operate the FundsHub online funds supermarket.
Investia CTO Ron Lay says latest release of Javelin is designed specifically to address the straight-through processing requirements of the pan-European investment products industry.
