Swiss consulting and software provider Aquin Financial has announced the UK launch of VPS, its buy-side commission management solution for invesment fund companies.
Already available in Europe, the product will be marketed and distributed in the UK by sales outsourcing company Inceptio Communications.
The VPS solution calculates and manages commission payments to sales partners, investment advisors and custodial banks.
Aquin says VP models complex partner and product relations, enabling fund managers to define their formulae for calculating commissions.
