FIX-based trading systems vendor Javelin Technologies has announced that its founder and president George Kledaras has stepped down. He will be replaced by John Coulter.
Kledaras continues to be a shareholder in parent company Nyfix but will no longer serve on its board of directors or in Javelin's management team.
Coulter, who has been appointed president and COO, joined Javelin Technologies in 1999 as vice president of west coast operations.
