AMP Financial Services is to roll out Staffware's Business Process Management (BPM) software to staff at the customer services division of its Australia operation.
Staffware says the browser-based system will be used by the Australian firm to automate over 180 processes, including new business applications, unit switches, withdrawals and policy holder detail changes, ensuring a consistent delivery of service and compliance with business rules.
Graham Meyer, director, customer services division, AMP Financial Services, says the system will provide end-to-end visibility of all customer transactions.
"When the software becomes fully operational, AMP’s customers will be able to find out the status of their applications and total business relationship with the AMP, either from their AMP Financial Planner, the AMP web site or from the call centre," adds Meyer.
