Misys Asset Management Systems has launched Altimis, an end-to-end portfolio management system aimed at the UK private client investment management and stockbroking sectors.

The London-based vendor says the system offers real-time portfolio management and enables straight-through processing (STP) from order placement to client payment. Corporate event and cash management is also included.

Chris Potts, CEO, Misys Asset Management Systems, says: "Altimis enables the investment manager to focus efforts on providing a high-quality service that delivers consistent investment performance to their clients."

The company adds that the software is available as an application service provider (ASP) or in-house system.

To use the system, firms will need to pay an initial subscription cost and then a further sum per transaction.
