Citibank Private Bank has launched a Web portal for delivering personalised account information to its 21,000-strong high net worth user base.
Software provider Calico Commerce has developed the portal, which will be used by Citi's 500 private bankers to push customised information such as account and transaction data, message centres and news feeds to clients.
Brian Smith, Citibank Private Bank, says the Web is one of the means through which many clients prefer to access their personalised information and review the status of their financial accounts. "Calico's eBusiness solution enables our private bankers to efficiently manage the attributes and profiles for each account online, and allows clients immediate Web access to transaction information as well as the latest news updates of greatest interest to them."
