Eurobase Tantus Banking has agreed a systems integration deal with IDOM Consulting.
The agreement is Eurobase's first banking partnership since crossing over to the banking solutions sector from its traditional insurance territory in February with the acquisition of Tantus Banking Systems. It follows the recent sale of Tantus' Java-based Sienna FX deal capture and position keeping application to the Housing Bank of Jordan.
Idom provides support, consultancy and integration services to 130 banks worldwide. These banks use various back-office banking systems and many have multiple systems, requiring complicated interfaces, says John Ridout, general manager of Eurobase Tantus Banking.
He adds: "Siena's architecture enables ease of connection to existing system infastructure and this is underpinned by Idom's expertise in systems integration."
