Payment solutions vendor eFunds International has sold its IFM Internet banking suite to specialist financial IT consultancy Idom Consulting.
The eFunds package will be integrated with Idom’s existing complementary product suite BM+, and will be rebranded as BM+ IFM (Integrated Financial Management). Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The London-based consultancy says the acquisition of the intellectual property rights to IFM is a natural progression of its substantial product implementation skills. Idom has previously worked with eFunds on a number of banking integration projects, connecting back-office systems to IFM using BM+ Boing, Idom’s Back-Office Interface Gateway.
Idom says it will continue to deliver a high level of maintenance and support to existing and new clients, while further developing the functionality of the integrated package.
The company says it has a further two new implementations in London and Guernsey scheduled for the 3rd Quarter 2002.
