Based in London, Vorley will manage the strategy and client engagements for networks and servers, MDS, voice and data technology and infrastructure projects.

Vorley joins PTS from Credit Suisse where he spent over 20 years in senior management and most recently head of IT operations for the bank's pan-European e-business initiative targeting high net worth clients.
