SmartStream Technologies has launched a new alerts module for its Corona NT-based solution for transaction management.
Corona Active monitors the underlying system activity in Corona's cash, securities, confirmations and investigations modules and pro-actively alerts users to issues that require attention, before they have the potential to turn into problems.
The alert criteria are user-defined and can be used to highlight a full range of issues, from system performance to transaction breaks or overdue confirmations, says the company. Once alerted, the user can access all the data relating to the underlying issue via the solution's drill down function, enabling quick and efficient resolution.
