Securities industry veterans Doug Atkin, Richard Kilsby, Ben Steil and John Woodman, have come together to create Efficient Frontiers, a strategic consultancy that will advise clients on the ramifications of changes in stock market trading practices.
Initially established as a loose, part-time consultancy, the four founders intend to exploit their complementary market knowledge to offer a rounded, high-level service advising exchanges, clearing organisations and industry participants on the changing marketplace for buying stocks and shares.
The partnership is trans-Atlantic in scope, with former Instinet head Doug Atkin and academic Ben Steil based in New York, and one-time virt-X chief Kilsby and Knight Securities alumnus Woodman operating out of London.
