Marquette Bank chooses Harland for customer relationship management

Chicago-based Marquette Bank has licensed Harland Financial Solutions' Touche solution for customer/mmember relationship management (CRM).
The solution will provide Marquette with real-time enterprise-wide access to all customer interactions, issues and resolution tracking, automated task generation assigned to designated employees, call centre management, sales and referral tracking.
Marquette will use Touche in conjunction with its Alltel Horizon host processing software, as well as with Harland Financial Solutions' Max$ell financial intelligence system.
