City Networks names Costa Christodoulou as CEO

Securities software house City Networks has promoted Costa Christodoulou to company chief executive officer, as founder and former CEO Richard Hill takes up the mantle of president.

In his new role, Christodoulou will take full responsibility for all global operating units and will report to the main board.

Christodoulou joined the London-based company as business development director at the beginning of this year. He was previously director of European operations at ACT Financial Systems and has also worked at Alltel and Unisys.

The management reshuffle follows the recent business acquisition of Future State Technology Ltd amid plans to extend City Network's existing banking and securities reconciliation product offerings to incorporate generic message formatting and complex multiple system-to-system reconciliation.
