Indonesia's Bank Bali has implemented Computer Associates' Unicenter solutions to manage its IT infrastructure and support services.
In the first phase of implementation, the bank has deployed Unicenter Asset Management, Unicenter Software Delivery and Unicenter Remote Control modules. Bank Bali is also utilising CA's eTrust Antivirus solution to safeguard its business-critical network environment.
Unicenter Asset Management provides Bank Bali's IT personnel with a daily inventory of each PC's software, memory, and available drive space. Staff can then remotely install new products, carry out software upgrades, and perform remote troubleshooting without having to send out its IT staff. Unicenter Asset Management also helps the Bank Bali IT staff to prioritise maintenance tasks by flagging problem computers, full disk drives, unauthorised software and other issues for immediate attention.
