Nordea contracts with Telenor for managed telephony services

Nordea Bank in Norway has signed a two-year contract with Telenor for the supply of a complete suite of managed telephony and IT services.
The new contract is valued at Nkr60 million and comprises the running of a complete telephony service for Nordea Bank in Norway, including mobile telephony, Internet accesss and customer care solutions such as call centre and access to accounts via telephone. The agreement calls for the provision of telephony services via 6000 junction points nationwide.
Nordea has also signed a two year contract with Telenor Mobil related to mobile telephony.
Morten Lundal, managing director of Telenor Business Solutions comments: "We see a growing need for complete solutions in IT and telecommunications."
