National Commercial Bank Jamaica is to deploy Infosys' Finacle enterprise banking e-platform across its operations.
The Infosys platform includes modules for core banking, multi-channel banking, CRM and treasury.
The deployment forms part of a complete revamp of the bank's IT infrastructure, systems & processes, and organisation-wide change management, say the companies.
In addition to the enterprise banking e-platform, Infosys will also provide a range of value added services such as BPR, Internet security consulting, IT infrastructure consulting and change management.
Merwin Fernandes, head global sales and marketing, Infosys Technologies, states: "This is our first breakthrough in the highly potential Latin America & Caribbean region and involves deployment of our entire range of banking products and services."
