The agreement between Orc subsidiary Orc ExNet and Indosuez WI Carr Securities will provide orc Software clients with direct access to the major Asian exchanges in Japan, Australia, Korea and Hong Kong.

The service is expected to be available during the third quarter of 2002. Once live, Orc ExNet will offer access to 25 exchanges worldwide.

"The cooperation with Indosuez WI Carr Securities is an important part of our expansion in the Asian markets. It is also a valuable complement to Orc ExNet's service, which now covers the larger exchanges in Asia, North America and Europe", says Nils Nilsson, CEO of Orc Software.
