Swiss investment analysis software company Brainpower is reporting the resignation of Mark Wells as chief operating officer.
Operational responsibilities will now be split between the company's chairman and chief executive officer Rocco Pellegrinelli and Brainpower's supervisory board member and honorary president Maurizio Pescosolido.
Wells will continue to act as a part time consultant to the company, focusing on strategic relationships with third parties and major financial institutions.
