Luxembourg-based Banque et Caisse d'Epargne de l'Etat (BCEE) has chosen technology from SeeBeyond to integrate its front to back office trading applications.
The bank will deploy SeeBeyond's e*Gate platform for the real-time exchange of data between BCEE's trading room and the back office. The platform will connect both the internal order management system and the position keeping system to the bank's new back-office enterprise solution.
Fred Giuliani, deputy head of IT organisation and development for BCEE, says: "The e*Gate platform will allow us to integrate new software packages into our legacy infrastructure and to pursue our straight-through processing effort."
