Advent Europe and FT Interactive Data have developed a data feed interface to deliver a range of financial information to the desktops of investment managers.
The interface enables Advent Europe investment management clients using Advent Office to process a wide range of information automatically from FT Interactive Data's desktop portfolio administration service, FTS. Information includes regular prices and dividend updates for client portfolios, as well as indices and foreign exchange information.
Torbjorn Tenmann, Advent Europe's CEO comments: "FT Interactive Data has great depth and breadth of coverage of global securities pricing, dividend, corporate action and descriptive data, including equities, bonds, funds and other financial instruments. They also have a very strong institutional client list around the world."
The interface is currently being tested by a number of European clients including AP3, one of Sweden's state pension funds that manages assets worth SEK 130 billion.
