Teradata has signed a partnership agreement with Logica to provide end-to-end customer relationship management solutions to financial services firms.
Under the agreement, Teradata's data warehouse platform and CRM analytics solution will be combined with Logica's consulting, systems integration, CRM and retail channel offerings.
Paul Nichols, Logica's international financial services director, says: "While much has been achieved by financial services institutions using CRM solutions, there is still a level of frustration with the gap between the business vision and the actual deployment of a single, current view of the customer at all points of contact."
