Cleveland-based Victory Capital Management has selected Bisys to support its new, private labeled Individual(k) retirement plan with full-service record keeping and administration services.
Under the agreement, Bisys will provide record keeping and administrative functionality, including IRS-approved prototype plan documents, on-site training, client-branded marketing and educational materials, and customised Web content and tools.

In a separate announcement, Bisys is to integrate its enterprise-wide information processing solution with Automated Financial Systems' (AFS) suite of outsourced lending products. The combined lending platform will support commerical, consumer, business banking, SBA, commercial real estate, asset-based, dealer floor planning, construction (budget tracking), and syndicated lending.
