TCA consulting has named Bart Schutte as chief technology officer and has appointed two new directors to the company.
The new appointments bear the firm imprimatur of Andrew Jurczynski, CEO at TCA Consulting, the former McKinsey and marchFirst man who took over from Terry Chapman as chief executive of TCA Consulting in October last year.
Schutte will be responsible for extending the company's technology capabilities and leading its alliances strategy. He previously worked at Accenture and was most recently a partner at Capco.
John Lawrence and Philip Warley have been appointed client directors. Lawrence is charged with developing client relationships in the retail and wealth management markets as well as assuming overall responsibility for marketing within the company.
He was a founder/director of a specialist financial services strategy consultancy and was previously with Booz Allen and Hamilton.
Warley will focus on client relationships and developing services specifically around strategic and performance improvement issues. Prior to joining TCA, he was executive vice president of marchFirst, formed following the merger of the Mitchell Madison Group, of which he was a senior partner and founder, and two e-commerce companies.
