New York State banks Canandaigua National Bank and Trust and SBU Bank have elected to outsource processing of ATMs and debit card transactions to EFT operator NYCE.
Under the agreements, NYCE will drive and monitor the banks' automated teller machines (ATM), immediately notifying and dispatching appropriate personnel in the case of service interruption. The banks will be able to view the status of their ATMs from any Internet enabled PC through NYCE's Web-based InfoManager application.
NYCE will also provide online debit card authorisation and signature-based card processing for the banks' debit card portfolios.
