Fleet National Bank has chosen Deploy's software and services to streamline its recruitment processes.
Under the agreement, the bank will implement Deploy's Employ! enterprise workforce management application to enable Fleet employees to profile their skills, experiences and career goals against internal job requirements. The application can also be used to maintain up-to-date employee profiles, better plan workforce needs and improve overall employee retention, says the company.
In addition, Fleet has licensed Deploy's Hirequest advanced corporate career Web site hosting service, which will allow the bank to tailor virtually every aspect of the user experience - from the site's look and feel to customisable pre-screening questions for each job requisition.
Fleet currently has 55,000 employees, with locations in 20 countries and territories.
