Ohio Savings Bank has chosen Online Resources' Quotien Internet banking and bill payment system to provide integrated online services to its nearly 600,000 customers.
The bank will use the Quotien system to migrate its existing 35,000 Bank By Net online customers to a single source platform for banking and bill payment services. Customer service will continue to be handled out of the bank's call centre.
Art Neuman, Ohio Savings senior vice president of retail operations, says: "We were particularly impressed with the way Online Resources has integrated its exceptional customer relationship management (CRM) and bill payment capabilities into our call centre, and we look forward to increasing customer adoption with these critical services."
