California-based Chordiant Software has appointed Craig Probert as managing director UK and Ireland.
Chordiant is a supplier of customer relationship management solutions to business-to-consumer enterprises. Clients include Lloyds TSB, MetLife, BskyB and Littlewoods.
Prior to joining Chordiant, Probert was vice president of European sales at Tenfold. He also worked for Oracle as director of financial services.
