Community National Bank of Hudson, Massachussetts, has licensed Harland Financial Solutions' Touche product for customer relationship management.
Touche provides instant enterprise-wide access to all customer interactions, issues and resolution tracking, automated task generation assigned to designated employees, call centre management, sales and referral tracking, says the company.
The new system will be integrated into the bank's host processing and third party systems, including Harland's Max$ell MCIF customer intelligence system.
Jim Vasquezi, vice president of information technology for Community National Bank, says: "The most compelling feature of Touche for us is the integration feature with Max$ell and our ITI host-processing system, from FiServ.
